company . The special competition, involving a prize of 100,000 or a pair of tickets to see the British Grand Prix, is a special celebration of Abbey’s involvement in
Formula One .
Santander, the company that owns Abbey, are entering the world of Formula One at the Santander British Grand Prix. Ace young British driver Lewis Hamilton will draw the winner at Silverstone.
Nici Audhlam Gardiner, the head
of mortgages at Abbey, reportedly commented: "Winning this prize could quite simply change your life, and the best thing is that it is not restricted to Abbey customers, anyone can enter by filling out a form available from any Abbey branch."
