A semi-exclusive
buy-to-let mortgage range has been launched by All Types of
Mortgages (AToM), in association with Rooftop Mortgages.
The buy-to-let mortgage range includes one that offers a maximum
loan to value of 85 per cent and charges a
mortgage rate of 5.28 per cent with two per cent discount for a year.
People with
county court judgements (CCJs) of up to £500 will also be considered for this buy-to-let mortgage, reports Mortgage Introducer.
Another mortgage in the semi-exclusive
buy-to-let-mortgage range offers a
fixed mortgage rate of 5.5 per cent for two years.
The maximum loan to value on this buy-to-let mortgage is also 85 per cent.
No extended redemption penalties apply to either of these
buy-to-let mortgages and no rental income is required.
